Instructors focus on the principles of application, installation and operation of fluid sealing products. Students will leave appropriately trained to maintain a fluid sealing program with efficiency in mind.

Field Surveys:
The purpose of an on-site field survey is to determine the need and requirements for SEPCO fluid sealing products. The method used for this task includes construction of a database of equipment and equipment files supplied by the customer. This database is formatted to meet the needs of the customer the filled out in the field during a physical inspection. After this information is collected, the database is updated to reflect the needs of the facility. Interviews are conducted with production personnel to discuss all operating characteristics of each piece of equipment.

After all information is collected, the recommendation is made for the best fluid sealing product for each application. The recommendations are then reviewed be maintenance and production personnel at the customer's facility.

During this survey, current inventories may also be surveyed to estimate the preparedness of the customer to service existing equipment. From this point, purchasing and maintenance departments have the tools necessary to make adjustments to current inventories and readiness.
