Single Rotary Seals |
The HDN seal repair kit permits you to make repairs in the field. Rotary seal rings, O-rings, springs and set screws may be easily replaced at the job site and at a reasonable cost. It is not necessary to return the seal to the manufacturer when repairs are needed. This saves you both time and money. |
HDN (Heavy Duty
Narrow Mechanical Seal)
The SEPCO HDN seal is an inside balanced rotary seal designed for general service. Its beefy cross-section resists distortion at higher operating parameters, yet fits narrow stuffing boxes. Various stationary seat ring designs and materials allow for ease of interchangeability. Dynamically Balanced:
The hydraulic balance is achieved within component parts of the
unit. This eliminated the need for special shaft sleeves or costly
shouldered shafts. |

SRS (Short Rotary
Mechanical Seal)
Resists Clogging:
The O-ring is located at the back of the carbon holder to prevent
particle build up. |
The CSO seal repair kit permits you to make repairs in the field. Mating rings, O-rings, springs and set screws may easily be replaced at the job site and at a reasonable cost. It is not necessary to return the seal to the manufacturer when repairs are needed. This saves you both time and money. |
CSO (Corrosive
Service Outside Mechanical Seal)
SEPCO's CSO seal is engineered to handle corrosive applications. By taking all of the metal parts out of the fluid, the cost of expensive exotic alloys is eliminated. Repairable in the
Field: O-rings, springs and new seal faces can be
installed in your own shop. This reduces costly inventory while
providing consistency in performance of repaired seals. |

DSC (Double
Siliconized Carbon Inboard Mechanical Seal)
Hard Rotary Face
Material: The rotary face of the seal, the part that gets
the wear, is made of SEPCO Carsil, a material so hard it can scratch
glass. That means you get six times more wear-resistance than with
standard carbon rotary faces. |
